Graduate Business Development Associate at Relay Direct

We are looking for ambitious graduates who are eager to get hands-on experience and grow skill sets as a Business Development Associate. Representing our clients and being the face of their brand you will have the opportunity to negotiate with customers, oversee campaigns alongside managing and mentoring others.

Main responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities
• Support sales team in lead generation and customer outreach efforts, conducting pitches, presentations and negotiations
• Assist with organising and attending marketing events
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful execution of sales and marketing initiatives
• Provide analysis of the team, identifying opportunities and potential drawbacks, both internally and externally
