As part of our Sales team, we are hiring an Account Executive to ramp up our Customer base/MRR
Responsibilities
To be successful at this role, it is required to:
- Have outstanding Closing skills you know what to say and when to say it
- Be passionate about technology, software and remote work
- Love doing demo calls
- Identify promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals
- Use the tech Stack efficiently
- Keep an eye in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success
- Build a solid global HR/Legal/Payroll knowledge
Requirements
- Believe in our mission to transform the presence of remote work
- 3 and above years of proven experience as a Senior Sales, Account Executive in a Start-up (ideally Software)
- You have outstanding negotiation & presentation skills and feel comfortable dealing with C-level executives, seasoned managers
- Solid knowledge of HR legislation, policies, and regulations is a big plus
- Computer savvy with working knowledge of relevant software (Hubspot, Linkedin Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Fluent English with command of another European major language (French, German, Spanish, Italian)
