Job Overview:
We’re seeking a data-driven and technically proficient B2B SEO Specialist to lead our organic acquisition strategy. You’ll focus on ranking RemotePass for high-intent and TOFU/MOFU keywords across key markets. You’ll work closely with our Content Marketing Manager, other SEO Specialist, Growth experts, Developers and Designers to build and optimize SEO topic clusters, build SEO landing pages and improve technical SEO health to drive measurable pipeline growth from organic channels.
Your goal: turn SEO into a scalable lead generation engine—particularly across high-potential emerging markets like EU and MENA.
Responsibilities:
As a key team member of our Growth Marketing Team, you will focus on the following:
- Keyword Research & Strategy: Build and maintain an evolving SEO keyword strategy aligned with ICPs and funnel stages. Focus on dynamic and long-tail keywords that reflect user intent in B2B decision-making (e.g., "hire contractors in [country]", "global payroll compliance [country]").
- Topic Cluster Ownership: Develop and manage SEO content clusters around core themes (e.g., Employer of Record/EOR, global contractor compliance, remote hiring). Identify content gaps, prioritize topics, and coordinate with content writers.
- On-Page Optimization: Audit and optimize landing pages, blog posts, and product pages for SEO. Manage internal linking, metadata, schema markup, and UX elements that impact rankings and conversions.
- International SEO: Lead SEO localization initiatives, including hreflang implementation, geo-targeted pages, and culturally relevant keyword mapping for priority regions.
- Technical SEO: Monitor and improve website performance using tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs/SEMrush. Address crawl issues, site speed, indexation, and mobile usability.
- Collaboration with Web & Content Teams: Work closely with writers, designers, and developers to implement SEO best practices across new and existing pages.
- Performance Analysis: Track rankings, traffic, CTR, and conversion data from organic sources. Report monthly results and translate SEO metrics into business impact (leads, demo requests, pipeline contribution).
- Competitive Benchmarking: Conduct ongoing analysis of competitors in the HR tech and remote work space to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest algorithm updates, SEO trends, and B2B buyer behavior in SaaS and HR/fintech industries.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in SEO, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech startup company with international reach (ideally EMEA).
- Fluency in Arabic is required. Fluency in English is also essential for internal communication.
- Experience in managing B2B SEO strategies in Arabic-speaking markets, particularly the UAE and KSA, is highly desirable.
- Proven success building and ranking topic clusters for high-intent B2B queries.
- Strong understanding of SEO across all layers: content, on-page, technical, and international.
- Experience conducting detailed keyword research and implementing strategies that drive B2B organic leads.
- Familiar with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and similar SEO tools.
- Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow, WordPress) and basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Ability to write/edit SEO briefs and work collaboratively with content teams.
- Understanding of core B2B marketing principles including ICPs, TOFU/MOFU/BOFU, and buyer journeys.
- Strong analytical mindset with an ability to translate search data into actionable insights.
A plus:
- Previous exposure to HR tech, fintech, or global payroll topics.
- Experience with localization SEO (hreflang, language variants, regional domains).
- German fluency is a plus.
- Experience in a startup SaaS environment.
