Employment Partnership Manager at RemotePass

We’re looking for results and data driven Employment Partnership Manager to maintain and build a network of Employer-of-Record partners globally.

As an Employment Partnership Manager, you will:

• Source, negotiate and build long term strategic relationships with employment partners (aka Employers-of-Record) globally
• Develop and maintain relationship with current partners and improve the processes
• Be the POC for employment partners
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partner offerings on the platform and document processes
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments

You have

• 3 to 5 years of work experience in B2B sales in tech
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Highly motivated and target driven
• Prior experience within Employers of Record (BIG plus)
• Fluent in English
• To be within a ±3 hour of Dubai time
