Overview

Freelance Payroll Specialist (KSA) – Immediate Start | 2 to 4 Week Project

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist (Freelance) with deep knowledge of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) payroll systems, local labor laws, and regulatory requirements. This is a short-term, high-impact engagement lasting 2 to 4 weeks, with an immediate start.

The ideal candidate will work closely with our product and operations teams to finalize the launch of our payroll platform, ensure end-to-end system readiness, and validate integrations with banks and government entities.

Key Responsibilities

Testing & Launch Preparation

• Conduct comprehensive end-to-end testing of payroll features.
• Identify, document, and troubleshoot any system issues.
• Prepare internal knowledge base content and user documentation.
• Finalize and help execute the go-live strategy.

Banking Integration & Validation

• Test system compatibility and flows across multiple KSA banks.
• Validate successful transaction processing and system response.
• Collaborate with the tech team for rapid iteration and feedback.

Regulatory Research & Compliance

• Conduct in-depth research on payroll regulations in KSA.
• Document employer obligations for registration and reporting.
• Outline integration requirements with local authorities and systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience with KSA payroll systems, labor laws, and regulatory processes.
• Strong understanding of bank integration flows and transaction validations.
• Familiarity with GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, and other relevant platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and deliver under tight timelines.
• Available immediately for full-time engagement during the contract period.
