As part of our growth, we are seeking an SDR to accelerate our GCC market.
Responsibilities
Your mission as an SDR is to:
- Identify, qualify potential leads and schedule demos for Account executives through outbound activities
- Utilise various channels such as cold-calling, email prospecting, networking, and customer referrals to generate leads.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Manage and improve outreach sequences to optimise conversion rates
- Stay informed about HR/Remote industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge to enhance prospecting efforts.
Requirements

- You are bold and have strong communication & interpersonal skills to engage prospects
- You have a growth mindset and are willing to continuously learn and develop your skills
- GCC: English and Arabic / Europe: English and another European language
A plus:
- Experience using HubSpot or Similar CRMs
- Passionate about Technology, HR/FinTech
- Experience in B2B sales
