Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our global team of Account Executives (AEs). This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, managing high-performing sales teams, and expanding our footprint across MENA/GCC and other global markets. This role requires a strong track record in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in HRTech.This is a remote role but candidates must be located a geography compatible with the UAE time zone (GST +/-3)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of geographically dispersed Account Executives across EMEA.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive team success. Create a high-performance culture to support this goal.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, ensuring a high close rate and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Identify and target new opportunities in key markets.
- Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on goals and messaging.
- Analyze sales performance data and optimize processes to improve conversion rates, deal cycles, and revenue. Provide regular performance reports to senior management.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to build a high-performing team.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a managerial sales role, leading geographically distributed teams.
- Proven track record in B2B tech SaaS sales, particularly for Series A-C companies.
- Demonstrated success in selling to mid-market and enterprise companies in MENA/GCC.
- Familiarity with global sales, with a strong focus on markets like the MENA, US, Europe, and the UK.
- Background in HRTech or workforce management solutions is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Data-driven and highly organized, with a strategic mindset.
