We are searching for a committed, proactive Doorman/Security who would enjoy working in an exciting, fast-paced environment.
We are looking for a professional individual to deter any problems occurring within our venues and to maintain a high visible presence to keep our guests and staff feeling safe and protected throughout the evening.
We are looking for somebody that can keep a cool and calm exterior, work in a professional manner, and never resort to violence or physicality when not needed.
The goal is to detect, deter, observe and report, as well as display a polite and approachable personality
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure environment
- Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
- Act lawfully in direct defense
- Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment
- Perform first aid or CPR
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position
- Trained security officer with a diploma
- Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment
- Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
- Surveillance skills and detail orientation
- Integrity and professionalism
