Digital Marketing Manager at RotaCloud

RotaCloud is a growth-stage tech company based in Yorkshire. A market-leader in people management software, we've grown to more than a hundred thousand users across eleven countries, and we're looking to expand our marketing team to help support our continuing growth.

We’re looking for an experienced, technically-minded digital marketing lead to join the team to drive our SEO, PPC and acquisition efforts.  

What we're looking for:

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Someone with a strong knowledge of on-page, off-page and technical SEO, and demonstrable experience of delivering SEO results that make an impact
• Someone data driven, with an in-depth understanding of a broad range of tools such as AHRefs, Google Analytics and Search Console, Screaming Frog, Search Metrics, Moz etc
• Experience of conversion rate optimisation
• Experience with PPC, paid social and display advertising and a track record of delivering a strong return
• A good knowledge of Excel, HTML, site architecture and SQL
• Someone that enjoys research and analysis, and is always striving to improve results
• Someone that proactively finds new channels, platforms and growth opportunities

Key Duties:

• The management and delivery of day-to-day SEO work such as optimisation, technical audits and reporting
• Responsibility for overall visibility and performance
• Implementing, monitoring and improving paid search campaigns including keyword research, ad copy and landing page optimisation, and testing
• Competitor analysis and insight
• Keyword research and the optimisation of content
• Keeping abreast of compliance, channel specific best practice, and trends
• Setting and communicating KPIs and evaluating performance against targets
