As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding support, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction. Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints efficiently.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
