The Opportunity
We are hiring a Management Trainee to join our Birmingham team and support ongoing business growth and expansion.
This is an entry-level role designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in management, leadership, business development, and entrepreneurship.
We are not looking for a finished product.
We are looking for ambitious, driven individuals who want to learn how a business operates, how leaders make decisions, and how to progress into management roles. Full training, mentorship, and hands-on experience are provided from day one.

Responsibilities
As a Management Trainee, you will be involved in key areas of business, leadership, and management development, including:

- Assisting with training, coaching, and developing team members
- Monitoring performance and tracking KPIs to achieve business targets
- Contributing to daily business operations and management processes
- Building strong client relationships and maintaining high standards
- Participating in leadership workshops, networking sessions, and training
- Supporting expansion projects and contributing to business growth
