What You Will Be Doing
- Representing client brands through face-to-face marketing campaigns
- Supporting promotional activities and customer engagement
- Building positive customer relationships and gathering feedback
- Working with team members to improve campaign performance
- Contributing to the planning and execution of marketing activities
- Developing communication, sales, and business skills through practical experience
Training and Development
Full training is provided in marketing, sales, and client representation. You will work alongside experienced managers who will support your development with ongoing coaching and mentorship.
This role offers a structured path for progression, with opportunities to move into positions with greater responsibility as you develop.
Candidate Requirements
- A degree in any subject, or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A reliable, proactive, and professional approach
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Birmingham
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Availability to start within a short notice period
