Sage is growing rapidly, and we are building something ambitious. With planned expansion into Milton Keynes, Leicester and Newcastle within the next 6 to 8 weeks, we are now looking for driven individuals ready to step into a Trainee Campaign Manager role and grow with us.
This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who want to build leadership skills, take ownership early, and develop within a fast-paced sales and marketing environment.
What you’ll be doing
As a Trainee Campaign Manager, you will be trained to take responsibility for:
- Managing on-site marketing and sales campaigns
- Leading and motivating small teams to deliver results
- Monitoring performance and improving campaign outcomes
- Supporting client projects with a focus on quality and consistency
- Learning how to plan and implement campaign strategies
- You will start with full training and gradually take on more responsibility as you develop.
