About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Export Manager to take full ownership of our export operations in Third-Country Markets. This is a strategic position with a strong commercial focus and direct impact on the company’s international growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full export cycle across assigned international markets.
- Analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and drive commercial expansion.
- Negotiate with international clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Oversee ongoing operations, prepare reports, and manage sales forecasting.
- Collaborate closely with the Logistics, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs and industry events.
- Report directly to the Commercial Director.
Candidate Requirements
- Extensive experience in export management.
- Proven ability to autonomously manage international markets.
- High level of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and excellent negotiation ability.
- Strategic vision and ability to build long-term commercial relationships.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Based in the area or available to work on-site in Lorca.
- Experience with ICEX is a plus, though not required.
