Senior Cleaning Supervisor at The Leadenhall Building
JPC By Samsic is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as the Senior Cleaning Supervisor at The Leadenhall Building. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of cleaning services at one of London's most iconic and prestigious buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead a team of 16 cleaning staff, ensuring that they are trained, motivated, and performing at the highest level.
• Develop cleaning schedules, monitor progress, and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage all cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring that they are properly stored and utilized.
• Respond to any cleaning emergencies or issues and take appropriate action to resolve them.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or requests.
• Oversee the training and development of new and existing cleaning staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organization skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and practices.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
