Summer team deep cleaning supervision from 11th July to 12th Sept 2025. Shifts: Monday to Friday, 4 hours
- Supervise and manage a team of cleaners, providing guidance and support where needed
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are regularly and thoroughly cleaned
- Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as necessary
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify any issues and address them promptly
- Ensure all health and safety regulations and procedures are followed by the team
- Train new cleaners and provide ongoing training to existing staff to improve their skills and productivity
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with our clients, addressing any concerns or requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of cleaning schedules, performance reports, and any incidents that may occur on site
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
