WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for someone who has very good attention to detail. A well-organized individual that can multitask. Should be knowledgeable with Google Suite (especially Google Sheet)

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily check of overdue invoices
  • Follow up with clients through email and through calls
  • Download reports from the finance website and migrate them to Google Sheet
  • Update several reports every other day (more than 10 reports)
  • Cross all the reports between Apps and Websites

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 year of experience as an A/R
  • Must have communications kit (e.g, 480-720p resolution camera and noise cancellation headset and/or microphone)
  • Must have at least 10-15 MBPS of internet connection
  • A quiet place to take and make calls (if noise cancellation microphone is not available)
  • Must be able to work during 9am - 5pm EST.

WORK HOURS:

Monday to Friday: Must be available to work from 9AM - 5PM EST, 40 hours a week.
