Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Specialist to spearhead the technical setup of our Lead Generation Outreach campaigns. This person provides support and troubleshoots technical issues that arise. The successful candidate will have a results-oriented and curious mindset with strong technical skills. In this role, you will work closely with the Operations Manager and Lead Generation Team to assist in smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Operations Manager, you are responsible for the technical setup and implementation of outreach campaigns.
- Configure and manage technical tools used in the outreach processes such as:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigators
- Zapier
- Instantly
- Lemlist
- Helpwise, etc.
- Work closely with the Tech Team in launching and continued testing of the CRM tool.
- Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot technical issues that arise. Think outside of the box and come up with creative solutions.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in an IT environment with a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma/Certificate in Computer Science, or a relevant field.
- Strong background and knowledge of IP networking.
- Demonstrating a high degree of initiative, and resourcefulness in solving problems
- An agile, resourceful learner with strong attention to detail. Training is provided.
- Take complete ownership and show urgency when resolving technical issues.
- Ability to keep grace under pressure, multitask, and prioritize based on business needs, and provide timely updates.
- A self-starter who can work independently and collaborate effectively with team members with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrates a continuous learning mindset to absorb the technical details of ever-evolving tools.
