Account Manager (Entry-Level) at Set The Pace London

STP London is an offline marketing and sales company based in London. We pride ourselves in providing exceptional customer service and business development for the companies that we partner with. As our team grows, we are looking for a few Entry-level Account Managers to join us and contribute to STP’s success in the new year!

As an Account Manager, you'll manage face-to-face campaigns for leading brands across the UK. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, demonstrating products/services in person, and meeting KPIs. We prioritise understanding each client's specific needs and aligning them with effective customer-focused offline marketing strategies.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Providing clear and friendly assistance to customers, addressing inquiries effectively
• Processing sales transactions accurately
• Promoting sales through showcasing our clients' latest products and services

Key Qualifications for the Entry-Level Account Manager role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Business Management is preferred, but not required. 
• Strong attention to detail
• Minimum one year of customer-facing experience- customer service, hospitality, etc.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Essential criteria: You must be based in London, UK. You must be over the age of 18 to be considered for the position. We are unable to offer any work visas so you must have the right to work in the UK. In this role you will be an independent contractor which means you will be self-employed.
