Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of Shark Club UK, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction at all times.

• Supervise and lead a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

• Monitor inventory and ordering, ensuring stock levels are maintained and wastage is minimized.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards by conducting regular checks and enforcing proper procedures.

• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees and customers.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
