Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Photo Editor to join our team remotely. This role is crucial in enhancing and delivering high-quality visual content for our clients worldwide, ensuring Shootday’s standards of excellence are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Retouch and enhance photos to meet professional and artistic standards aligned with Shootday’s brand identity.
- Perform advanced photo manipulation, including color correction, background editing, and compositing for corporate and business events.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all images delivered to clients.
- Handle bulk editing tasks efficiently without compromising on quality.
- Maintain open communication and provide regular progress updates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a photo editor (minimum 5 years), preferably with a focus on event or corporate photography.
- Expertise in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other relevant software.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced editing skills (e.g., retouching, compositing, and corporate/event edits).
- Excellent understanding of color theory, lighting, and composition specific to professional events.
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps, fiber preferred).
- Reliable workstation/laptop capable of handling high-resolution files.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills in English.
