Admission Counsellor - Gurugram Sector 79 - The Shri Ram Wonder Years at Shri Educare Limited

The Shri Ram Wonder Years - Gurugram Sector 79, invites smart, energetic and creative professionals to be a part its family. We are looking for someone who is extremely customer centric and passionate towards new challenges to achieve the goal.

The role primarily focuses on the following: 

• Responsible to facilitate the entire admission process for prospective parents & address queries of prospective and existing parents
• Follow up on leads generated through various sources and effective conversion of leads
• Providing in-depth information to prospective parents, this includes counselling
  through phone, email, chat, social media and face to face
• Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the prospective parents’ pipeline
• Details pertaining to lead discussions & conversion should be updated real-time on ERP software
• Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly, and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrolments.
• Handle objections and reasons for negotiation to increase enrolment of the student
• Maintain effective communication till the time student is onboarded
• Responsible for adherence of the inside admission process, tools and data management

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience. Preference to be given for the candidates who have earlier worked as an Admission Counsellor in a reputed Preschool.
 

Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate
