Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, personable, and target-driven Admission Counsellor to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving student enrollments, guiding parents through the admissions process, and representing the school’s ethos and educational offerings to prospective families.

Key Responsibilities: Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries regarding admissions. Guide prospective parents through the admission process from initial inquiry to enrollment. Present the school’s curriculum, values, facilities, and unique selling points clearly and convincingly. Maintain accurate records of all inquiries and follow-ups in the admissions CRM/system. Organize and conduct campus tours and orientation sessions. Collaborate with the marketing team to support admission campaigns, events, and promotional activities. Provide timely responses to inquiries and ensure a positive experience for all prospective families. Maintain strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and school academic programs. Assist in planning and execution of open houses, school fairs, and community outreach programs. Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.

Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in any discipline. 2+ years of experience in school admissions, counselling, or a similar customer-facing role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi. Confident, professional, and empathetic demeanor. Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital communication platforms.

Preferred Attributes: Prior experience in a CBSE K-12 school setup. Knowledge of local educational trends and parental expectations in Gurgaon/Delhi NCR. Warm, persuasive, and child-friendly approach.
