The role primarily focuses on the following:
Facilitating Admission Process
- To lead the entire admission process for prospective parents.
- Strategize admission policies, marketing strategies, and outreach programs to attract and enroll prospective students.
- To counsel/address queries of prospective and existing parents, as needed.
- Ensure a seamless admission process by providing clear communication and a welcoming experience to prospective families.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns, organize open houses, and build relationships with parents, communities, and feeder schools to attract more students.
Informational/Event Support
- To stay updated with all school activities / events for sharing of the same with prospective parents.
- To ensure timely notices / circulars related to admissions and withdrawals are sent to all parents.
- To ensure that all school related required information to be shared with prospective parents as one point of contact.
Marketing Activities
- Leading the planning for the various marketing activities to obtain visibility for the school.
- Overseeing social media initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Ensuring that the school’s communication/ channels/social media platforms are updated regularly.
- Working closely with the digital agency to plan out the monthly marketing calendar on creatives and collaterals.
- Overseeing data analysis - MIS on the walk-ins to conversions; admission v/s budgets etc.
- Visiting schools in the area to gain visibility and obtain data on prospective parents & exploring opportunities for tie ups.
- Networking & laisoning with industries / MNCs in the region to gain visibility for the school and reach out to prospective parents.
- Making competitor visits to gain a better understanding on the competitor offerings, pricing and USPs.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and train the admissions team, coordinate with academic departments, and build relationships with external stakeholders to enhance enrollment efforts.
- To lead and collaborate with the team members in strategizing plans and initiatives for successful execution of events
Experience: 6 to 8 years. Preference to be given for the candidates who have earlier in the Admissions vertical at a school of repute.
Qualification: Post Graduate.
