Program Overview
Participants will embark on a 6 month comprehensive learning journey into cloud engineering, focusing on foundational concepts and advanced applications. The course is designed to equip learners with the necessary skills to navigate and utilize cloud technologies effectively. Through a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical exercises, participants will gain proficiency in cloud infrastructure, application integration, and DevOps practices. The course encourages self-directed learning and collaboration, culminating in a capstone project that demonstrates the participants' cloud engineering capabilities.
Cloud Technology Fundamentals
- Learn the essentials of IT infrastructure and development tools like VSCode and CLI.
- Understand version control with Git and GitHub.
- Get introduced to JavaScript and NodeJS, including npm and yarn.
- Explore cloud computing models, architecture design, and AWS account setup.
- Delve into AWS IAM for managing users and security.
- Discover Amazon S3 features like security and storage options.
- Understand EC2 basics, including scalability and load balancing.
- Explore AWS networking services and infrastructure.
- Learn about AWS security and compliance tools.
- Manage AWS billing and account settings effectively.
Cloud Application and Integration
- Integrate cloud services using AWS tools like SQS, SNS, and SES.
- Understand AWS database options for analytics.
- Implement infrastructure as code with AWS CDK or Terraform.

DevOps, Logging, and Monitoring
