About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Entrepreneurship Instructor to deliver an in-person short program to year 12 students in Melbourne.
You have extensive experience as an instructor, and a passion for learning, with significant real-world experience. You are naturally outgoing, well-organised, highly empathetic, and feel comfortable coaching and inspiring students. You have a solid understanding of the latest web technologies and platforms, and significant experience with startups, entrepreneurship and innovation.
Your role will be to help design and deliver a 3 day intensive program, delivered through live in-person workshops in Melbourne, providing an inspiring and energizing learning experience to our learners, and target and personalize the delivery of the program to align with their career aspirations.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and deliver an exceptional student learning experience, using an active, project-based learning approach.
- Working with our team, to develop the curriculum and supplement written materials and content as needed, to ensure that our students have the skills, tools and knowledge they need to complete the course.
- Help to maintain, refine and update the student syllabus and curriculum, including learning materials, projects and assignments, assessments and communication channels.
- Provide on-demand support for students during and after the program.
- To provide compassionate, constructive feedback to students, as well as inspiration and personalized coaching.
