We are looking for AML Supervisor North of Italy. The AML Supervisor is the person appointed by the Concessionaire to carry out control functions - monitoring and, in some cases, inspection functions at collection points. Its main task is to supervise the correct fulfillment of the anti-money laundering obligations by the Merchants.
The Supervisor also monitors the adequacy, functionality and reliability of the anti-money laundering safeguards, put in place by the Concessionaire, verifying - on site and continuously - the degree of adequacy of the anti-money laundering system. The Supervisor's activity - on site - has the fundamental purpose of identifying, measure and manage the risks of non-compliance with anti-money laundering legislation, as well as raise awareness throughout the network of gaming shops with respect to the importance of the "anti-money laundering culture".
You will be asked to:
• Take care of the Anti-money laundering training of the Merchants and their Supervisors, presenting them the "Guidelines on Anti- Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism"
• Ensure the presence of the requirements of the Merchant, preparatory to the opening of a Game shop
• Check the correct fulfillment of the required primary and secondary regulatory obligations to the Merchant
• Monitor the money laundering and terrorist financing risk profile assigned to Merchants
• Inspect gaming shops that have a “High” risk profile for money laundering or terrorist financing
• Inspect gaming shops where required by Internal Departments and/or the Authority (enhanced inspection)
• Collect the original AML documentation where requested by the AML Department
• Report the results of the inspection and control activities to the AML Dept. and/or directly to the Delegate SOS.
This is required of you in order to deliver great results
We are looking for a target oriented person with the ability to analyze data and train shop owners on corporate compliance choices and procedures, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The person we are looking forward to meet has 1-2 years of experience gained in the field and able to handle pressure and meet deadlines. We appreciate the ability to prioritise and to time manage task and the will to be flexible to cover the wide range of activities needed within a growing company. A good knowledge of MS Office will make the difference in your daily routine and a good knoweldge of English will be a surplus.
Personal mobility on the North Italian territory is considered a plus.
Salary range: 28k to 32k per annum + 10% annual bonus
