We are looking for a Full Time Area Manager for Toscana and Umbria preferably based in Firenze, Siena, Arezzo.
In this position you will work to expand Retail network and business lines according to Retail business strategy with the responsibility of the management, inspection and reporting on the Retail shops within defined areas. You will be asked to:
- ensure Retail business expansion plans are met in terms of shops and any kind of external point of sales and each business line as targeted
- ensure the maximization of shop profitability
- ensure there are active betting licenses as targeted
- monitor market and competitors trend on the assigned area
- organize your weekly agenda of onsite visits
- deal with shops in regards to non-conformance
- provides support and guidance on all company products and equipment
- support shop owners and the company during the new shop opening phase
- liaise with all internal departments and provide support as appropriate
The Area Manager is the ambassador of company policies and brand identity on the ground reporting to the Retail Sales Manager North.
This is required of you in order to deliver great results
We are looking for a target oriented person with business acumen, capacity to analyze, measure, grow and maintain KPIs is requested by the position along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The person we are looking forward to meet has 3-5 years of experience gained in the field and able to handle pressure and meet deadlines. We appreciate the ability to prioritise and to time manage task and the will to be flexible to cover the wide range of activities needed within a growing company. A good knowledge of MS Office will make the difference in your daily routine and a good knoweldge of English will be a surplus.
Salary range: 30k to 35k per annum + Bonus
