Want to join our Retail Customer Service Team and achieve big victories in winning customer satisfaction battles?
You don’t have any previous experience in customer service, but you are fluent in Italian? Don’t worry, we are here to support you in becoming experienced customer support operator!
The primary aim of this role is to provide day–to-day support and communicate with retail network in Italy while maintaining and enhancing team/company performance. This involves effectively resolving retail network issues, complaints and inquiries as 1st level assistance and addressing the issues to other relevant departments.
Your day-to-day activities will include:
- Assisting shop owners directly as 1st level assistance or in collaboration with other relevant departments
- Using Salesforce as main tool for communicating with shop owners and other departments within the Company and providing information to shop owners via e-mail, telephone and live chat.
- To provide relevant information, you will use both Company’s database, back offices and other providers’ back offices.
- It is important that you maintain broad knowledge of all relevant planetwin365 products, retail products, services (such as sports betting, virtual sports, horse racing, gadgets, Betting Terminals, Cash Desk Client and other programs used in the retail part of the business) and company’s and team’s policies and procedures.
This is required of you in order to deliver great results
- You are fluent in Italian language and have good English knowledge – this one is a must since our customers are located across Italy.
- You have basic knowledge in MS Office and computer skills
- It is definitely a plus if you are familiar with CRM systems and also interested in sports betting & gaming industry.
- Proven capability as a problem solver, able to multitask with an ability to work individually or as part of a team will make you stand out.
- Last but not the least, this position requires shift work as well as working from the office during onboarding, so it is important that you are comfortable with it.
