Shop Receivables and Payables Officer - Italian language (Fixed term contract) at SKS365

The primary aim of this role is to provide both administrative and operational support related to electronic payments and, in particular the quick and safe money transfer between the company and clients' bank accounts. The role involves crediting and debiting clients' betting accounts, verifying client’s data for secure payments and also performing several periodical reconciliations pertaining to banks, client accounts and any other reconciliations.

• Your working day would consist of reconciling all bank and client statements in a timely and accurate manner
• Processing bank wires, agent documentation, customer/bank messages, emails, debts and updating money transfer list
• Reviewing, investigating, following up and escalating, as necessary, based on the escalation process, any issues observed including the preparation of the different reports pertaining to payments as per department policies and procedures
• You would collaborate and assist in the follow up and monitoring of other payments performed by other offices/teams
• Control and verify the bank wire transfer documentation

This is required of you in order to deliver great results

• Fluency in Italian language and good English knowledge is a must since our customers are located across Italy.
• High level of computer literacy with MS Office packages
• Ability to deliver your tasks efficiently within the strict deadlines
• Proven capability as a problem solver with an ability to work both individually and within the team
• You are well organized, able to respond to changing priorities quickly with good time management skills, work under own initiative and with excellent attention to detail
• It is a definite advantage if you have Administration and/or Accounting experience
• Also, experience of dealing with general banking transfers and administration issues is considered as an advantage
• Last but not the least, this position requires shift work, so it is important that you are comfortable with it.
