Assistant Manager at SLICK Response Services

The Assistant Manager at SLICK Response Services LTD is a critical role, supporting various aspects of service delivery and office management. The ideal candidate is an excellent multitasker with strong administrative and supervisory skills, capable of providing support to the team's operational and administrative tasks while ensuring effective frontline response services are met.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day management of the office, including staff management, client servicing, and overall operational efficiency
• Coordinate with the manager in the implementation of company policies and procedures
• Assist in tracking and meeting set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Help manage the company's budget. This includes tracking expenses and minimizing costs without compromising customer service quality
• Act as an initial contact point for staff and clients, maintaining a high level of professionalism and client service at all times
• Participate in regular meetings, recording memos and minutes
• Motivate and lead the team to reach their performance goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in customer support or service industry
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of management principles and customer service practices
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word)
• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
