Senior Staff Accountant at SLICK Response Services

Slick Response Services LTD is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant to join our team. This role will involve preparing monthly and yearly financial reports, reviewing and implementing financial policies, and maintaining our financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compiling and analyzing financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions.
• Analyzing financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital, and preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial position for other managers.
• Utilizing hands-on accounting experience and an in-depth understanding of accounting principles and company practices to carry out complex accounting activities and financial analyses.
• Monitoring compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures.
• Working closely with the Financial Planning and Analysis team on forecasts, budgets, and potential growth strategies.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field is required. A CPA certificate or a Master's Degree in Accounting is preferable.
• At least five years of professional experience in a mid to senior-level finance or accounting role.
• Demonstrated competency in financial management and audit readiness. Proficiency in tax laws and regulations is necessary.
• Extensive experience with financial software and MS Office tools, especially Excel. Experience with SAP or a similarly complex ERP system is a bonus.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, exceptional analytical skills, and proficiency in financial reporting and data analysis.
• A team player with excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
