We are seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Affiliate Program & E-Mail Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our affiliate program and e-mail marketing campaigns in order to drive sales and revenue growth for Smarter Snacks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage our affiliate program, including identifying and recruiting affiliate partners, and monitoring performance with predefined tools

- Create and execute e-mail marketing campaigns, Social Media Mgt to drive sales and increase customer retention

- Conduct market research to identify potential new affiliate partners and target audiences for our e-mail marketing efforts

- Analyze data and track metrics to assess the success of affiliate and e-mail marketing efforts

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align the affiliate and e-mail marketing strategies with overall company objectives and campaigns

- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing and e-mail marketing

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing and e-mail marketing

- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles and strategies, as well as e-mail marketing best practices

- Experience managing affiliate programs and using affiliate tracking software

- Proficiency in e-mail marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions

- Strong project management and organizational skills

- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced and changing environment
