Responsibilities:
- The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for showing and renting properties.
- Conduct market research to identify potential properties and stay updated on Dubai market trends.
- Build and maintain a client and property owner network through networking events, social media, and referrals.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
- Coordinate property showings, and inspections, and negotiate contracts on behalf of clients.
- Collaborate with real estate professionals, brokers, appraisers, and legal advisors for successful transactions.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is required, Business Administration or relevant (preferred).
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a successful Real Estate Agent in Dubai.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market dynamics, trends, and legal regulations.
