Key responsibilities:
- Lead Generation
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges
- Create a sales pitch for the sales team.
- Conduct in-depth discussions to gather requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Timely response to the RFI/RFP from customers.
- Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations of our services, applications, and software solutions.
- Showcase the value proposition and unique features to address client needs effectively.
- Collaboration with Sales and Technical Teams to align solutions with client requirements.
- Collaborate on the preparation of proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Provide support to the sales team in the negotiation and closing phases of the sales cycle.
- Address client queries and concerns to ensure a smooth transition from presales to post-sales.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have proven experience in presales or a similar role within the IT industry
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' offerings.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business (Mkg) / Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of IT services, applications, and software solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
