About the Company:
Solar Complete is a leading firm in the solar power sector. We are dedicated to providing sustainable and renewable energy solutions through solar plant installations and human resource services. We offer a 2-month internship program, consisting of 1 month of online training and 1 month of remote work. During the remote work period, interns will receive a stipend of INR 1000 based on their work performance.
Role and Responsibilities:
As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for various HR functions throughout the company. This includes recruitment, performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Consistently recruiting excellent staff
- Maintaining a smooth onboarding process
- Training, counseling, and coaching our staff
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties
- Conducting performance and wage reviews
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness
- Creating clear and concise reports
- Giving helpful and engaging presentations
- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures
- Maintaining employee and workplace privacy
- Leading a team of junior human resource managers
Candidate Qualifications:
This internship is open to college students (pursuing or freshers) as well as working candidates.
