The Data Entry Associate plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of company data. This position supports daily operational reporting, order tracking, and record management. The successful candidate will process data from internal systems, vendor files, and shipment records — maintaining accuracy across multiple platforms. While the position is primarily remote, occasional in-person collaboration or training at the Oklahoma City facility may be required.
Input and update large volumes of data related to shipments, orders, and inventory.
Review, verify, and reconcile information for completeness and accuracy.
Ensure timely data entry to support warehouse operations and administrative teams.
Cross-check digital records against physical or scanned documents.
Generate routine and custom reports for management and client partners.
Identify inconsistencies or missing data and follow up for resolution.
Work collaboratively with team members both remote and on-site to ensure workflow continuity.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company data security standards in all remote systems.
Support administrative functions such as digital filing, labeling, and archiving of company records.
Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets to uphold operational excellence.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in data entry, office administration, or related roles.
Familiarity with logistics, warehouse, or distribution environments preferred.
Proven ability to maintain focus and productivity in a remote or hybrid setting.
Skills & Competencies
Strong typing speed (minimum 60 WPM) and exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and database entry systems.
Effective communication and time management for remote teamwork.

Monday–Friday, standard business hours (flexibility available for remote employees).
