• Our Stevenage Depot is the main site for vehicles being delivered to and returned by engineers and lease companies.
Fleet need a presence at Stevenage to:
o Allow for full management of any vehicles at the Stevenage site and keep any vehicle down time to minimum
o Assign vehicles to new start engineer during training
o Process leavers and the return of their vans.
o Carry out driver safety, vehicle familiarisation and Fleet induction training for new start engineers
o Arrange maintenance for vehicles on site if required
- Sign in and Sign Out of Vehicles – New starts, returning engineers adhoc swaps. Confirm vehicle condition at point of sign in/out. Record any defects and save to systems. Training required for walk around check and understanding of Fleet systems.
- Collection of Leavers information. Images, damage status, van cleanliness
- Arrange installation and removal of trackers and dash cams
- Process delivery and collections of vehicles from lease companies to Stevenage
- Make sure vans are suitable to assign to new starts, clean, serviced, no issues with tyre, windscreens etc
- Take vehicles to local Kwick Fit Halfords etc if work needed.
- Manage real time information of available vehicles
- Manage vehicles at Stevenage and make sure vehicles are in Qube designated parking spaces
