Minimum of 4 years of experience as a techno-functional analyst or reporting lead, with strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, ERP data structures, and the system development life cycle. | Req |
Experience developing and supporting ERP reporting solutions using tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, Cognos, Tableau, or Power BI. | Req |
Minimum of 2 years of experience in ERP Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance, or Supply Chain implementations (e.g., Oracle Cloud, PeopleSoft, Workday, or Oracle R12), serving as senior team member, team lead, or Project Manager on at least one full-cycle implementation. | Req |
Demonstrated experience with ERP reporting validation, test planning, and functional configuration across multiple ERP modules. | Req |
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex data, assess quality and completeness, and resolve reporting-related issues. | Req |
Experience in data analysis, dashboard design, and leveraging reporting to support business decision-making. | Req |
Self-motivated and able to work independently, demonstrating adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced ERP implementation environment. | Req |
