ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an…

 

Ambassador (Sales Executive)

"Give me a mission and I will channel it to the world"

 

Driven and passionate about understanding people and organisations to generate value for all parties, you will assess the challenges of your leads and relay Spixii’s propositions concisely and effectively. You will be expected to build a targeted database of relevant prospects, understand their organisations and build relationships with the relevant individuals in order to generate sales opportunities.

 

With a minimum of 2 years of experience in enterprise sales in the insurance or financial industries,  you will be playing a key role in supporting Spixii growth by exploring and broadening your own network to source and nurture existing leads.

 

Teamwork is key. You will work closely with the marketing, product and our CEO directly to improve sales and market knowledge from your research and customer feedback you will gather. You will also share your views on the trends in the market allowing the product team to develop the next innovation.

 

 

Soft skills

  • If you were an animal, you would be a wolf - great at working in a team and able to survive in the wild
  • If you were a natural element, you would be fire - warm and people naturally come to you
  • If you were a character, you would be Tony Stark (Iron Man) or Daenerys Targaryen (Game of Thrones) - charismatic with a response to anything

Hard skills

  • Proficiency in HubSpot, MS Office or G Suite
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills both written and verbal (including presentation skills and active listening)
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry
  • Degree in business (or related professional qualification e.g. legal, accounting)
  • Additional language preferred e.g. French, German, Spanish, Italian
