Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Operations Associate to join our Marketing team. As our Marketing Operations Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining accounts/contacts database, mining data along with analyzing the data to identify market trends and user behavior, providing insights for marketing and business strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain accounts/contacts database to support DemandGen efforts.
- Mine account and contact information with market research using of tools like LinkedIn SalesNav, Apollo, Lemlist etc
- Identify key stakeholders in accounts and mine their emails, phone numbers, and LinkedIn account data.
- Build, operate and manage our Martech stack including Zoho, Apollo, Lemlist, MailChimp, Google Analytics, GTM, Zapier etc. - configure functionality, manage data flows, set up reports and dashboards as and when required.
- Collect and pull campaign data for Sales, Marketing as and when required
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to set up and execute processes.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine customer segmentation frameworks for acquisition, growth, and retention
- Analyze the data to identify market trends, user behavior, and insights for recommendation of marketing and business strategy.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure appropriate audiences are reached effectively at the optimal times with the ideal message.
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience as a Market Analyst, Marketing Operations Exec or similar role for a minimum of 2 years of total exp in the SaaS industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal). Familiarity with working in cross-functional environments and distributed/remote team setups.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate an evolving function.
