Key Responsibilities for this position:
1. Legal Drafting/Review:
- Draft legal language and agreements to meet customer requirements.
- Prepare necessary documents for review by your manager before sharing them with clients.
2. Customer Service:
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to user and lead inquiries regarding our services and Codekeeper account management.
- Ensure excellent customer experience by addressing requests efficiently.
3. Tech Setup Support:
- Assist customers in setting up connections between their source code management platforms.
- Administer and ensure proper functioning of technical setups on our end.
4. Sales Support:
- Collaborate with leads, answering their questions and guiding them through our service offerings via email and website chat.
5. Report Drafting:
- Prepare reports based on information provided by customers.

- Proficiency in drafting legal documents.
