Customer Support Representative at Starview Enterprises

Starview Enterprises is seeking a full-time Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. We are a leading marketing firm known for our dedication to client satisfaction and innovative solutions. With the addition of the ACA program, we are expanding our services to provide crucial health insurance to underserved communities, and we need someone who can help us achieve this goal.

This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary of $40-50k, with potential for additional bonuses. You’ll work Monday through Friday, gaining valuable experience in customer support and community outreach.

Our ideal candidate has experience or interest in:

• Assisting clients both in person and over the phone
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Managing multiple tasks effectively
• Working independently and staying self-motivated
• Helping others access essential services

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a communications, marketing, customer relations or content creation role (internships and volunteer work considered)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
