We are looking for the right person to work with our team of attorneys. We will consider full-time or part-time employment and working remotely is possible after a two to three week training period.
We are looking for someone who can manage their own workload without a ton of supervision. If you have a great work ethic, enjoy wearing many hats, and appreciate a job well done, then this might be the job for you.
Associate Attorney Job responsibilities:
- Initial pre-filing case work-up under the direction of the supervising attorney
- Client meetings
- Drafting complaints
- Propounding and responding to discovery
- Taking and defending depositions
- Conducting case related investigation
- Law and motion work
- Trial prep. work
Associate Attorney Requirements:
- Excellent professionalism and communication skills
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Some litigation experience
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Good references
