Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Remote Purchasing Assistant to support our procurement operations. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, tracking orders, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth day-to-day purchasing of warehouse equipment and parts. Training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates with attention to detail and basic administrative skills. Previous experience is desirable but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and submit purchase requests for equipment and supplies
Compare supplier quotes and make recommendations
Maintain and update inventory records
Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers
Assist with preparing reports on purchasing activities
Communicate clearly with team members and suppliers
Requirements:
