Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The RN will provide high-quality, critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions, including those recovering from surgery, severe illness, or injury. This role requires strong clinical expertise, critical thinking skills, and the ability to manage complex patient needs in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, including vital signs, lab results, and organ function, making necessary interventions.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide life-saving interventions, such as CPR, emergency procedures, and ventilator management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, respiratory therapists, and other nurses, to develop individualized care plans.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families during critical situations.
• Document patient care, treatment plans, and progress accurately.
• Respond quickly and effectively to patient emergencies and critical changes in condition.
