Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a rehabilitation setting. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create individualized care plans, ensuring patients’ physical and emotional well-being during their recovery process.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ conditions, monitor vital signs, and provide direct care to promote recovery.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals, home care, and recovery strategies.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes in condition.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families during the rehabilitation process.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients, addressing any concerns or needs.
