Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team. The NICU RN will provide high-quality, specialized care to critically ill or premature newborns, working closely with neonatologists, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals. This role requires expertise in neonatal care, strong clinical assessment skills, and the ability to manage complex medical conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill newborns, including vital signs, oxygen levels, and neurological status.
• Administer medications, IVs, and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide respiratory support, including ventilation and oxygen therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate parents and families on their newborn’s condition and care needs.
• Document patient care, progress, and any changes in condition accurately.
• Respond to emergencies and provide life-saving interventions as needed.
