Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Progressive Care Unit (PCU) team. The RN will provide high-quality care to patients who require close monitoring and ongoing treatment following surgery, illness, or injury. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to assess patient conditions, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal care.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients with complex conditions, including cardiac, respiratory, and neurological issues, and make necessary interventions.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety.
• Assess and document vital signs, lab results, and patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Provide patient and family education regarding recovery, treatment plans, and self-care.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Respond to emergency situations, providing life-saving interventions when necessary.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and interventions.
