Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our healthcare team. The RRT will provide high-quality respiratory care to patients of all ages, including those with chronic respiratory conditions, acute illnesses, or undergoing surgical recovery. This role involves working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ respiratory status and provide appropriate care, including administering oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, and ventilation support.
• Manage mechanical ventilation for patients in critical care settings, ensuring proper settings and patient comfort.
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory health, disease management, and self-care techniques.
• Document treatments, patient responses, and interventions accurately in the electronic health record.
• Respond to emergencies and perform life-saving procedures such as CPR or airway management.
• Ensure respiratory equipment is maintained, calibrated, and functioning properly.
